A beautiful morning

My first endeavor shooting in HD. I'm so hooked now! Hehe...

Alas, when converted [from MOV format] the quality deteriorated. Any suggestion how to avoid that?

Nature as it is, is already amazing. Tempering with it too much may alter that beauty. Enhancing a little bit to compensate the shortcomings of a camera is ok in my book. Then there is the 'interpretations' of a photographer in visualizing what's in his or her mind, which is a prerogative really. Thus I believe we need to try to appreciate a work in those contexts and hopefully be able to see the beauty in each creations. And I'm so glad that you 'saw' my work as I see them. So glad indeed :).

p/s - Wow!! What a wonderful bird shot! The surrounding is so perfect! The colours are gorgeous. L.o.v.e it !!

You are welcome Josh. You did fantastic ...natural editing and when you exaggerated them in the past..they were awesome and mind blowing too. However in your nature shots...they were done so cool like the soft breeze of the wind...beautiful.
Yes being normal and busy entails us to be away from the website..that is understandable...I do that too.
I will be back to view some more of your albums for I learn from you and get inspired by your shots. We all learn from each other...And it is great to learn from you for you are never selfish in sharing and replying to questions.
That is the mark of a great pro..and to me you are one.

No apologies please. It's totally ok caused honestly I myself had not been to yours [and others' too]. Work consumes me much these days. Weekend usually is the only time I had time to explore photography.

Yep, as you know I am fond of editings and I am just so glad that you see it as enhancing and not altering. I must confess that I did 'altering' and still does from time to time but that was/is more for learning the techniques. Nowadays, I just love keeping it simple and true to the original by way enhancements. Very subjective I know... thus your feedback is both uplifting and validating. Thank you dear friend :)
