Quite honestly, I was spooked too I almost did not continue shooting. But my friend was so sporting and that really helped :). Here I included the tree as well to give it that haunting feel :)

Hey Edwin, thanks. These are a little bit of both, a combination. It actually all started with the apple. I was with my friends shooting and had brought some apples for 'props' to be used in a much 'beautiful' and non-scary settings.. hehe... :). Suddenly an idea struck me.. how about doing a tragic ending to a fairy tale. You know, instead of living happily ever after, the main character was doomed to eternal existance in the 'inbetween' :)

Hi Zorro, thanks :) I very rarely do the colour/b&w combination but thought it is appropriate for these sort of images ;-)

Yes, that was what I wanted to convey... something like a horror flick, kinda like screen shots.... hehe.. :)
Haha.. the fingers were edited quite lavishly to get the max wrinkle effects :D.

To me at least, this is the only time I can try out new stuff, you know, like doing some over the top editings that I don't [or can't] normally do with 'normal-themed' images. So it was really great fun, creating all the possibilities... :)

In desperation of feeling so alone, she seeks a friend to play with at the time when the sun sets and the darkness blankets.... luring...

My references, admittedly, were of course mostly from the horror flicks I've seen.. hehe.. :). It was fun to try them out and doing the editings were also something very exciting to me :). I was fortunate my friend agreed to photograph her in such a 'genre' :).

Just when i finsh viewing the beautiful, happy pics u have posted of her in another album and then this album is totally different style!
U really have very good imagination and very creative, from happy can suddenly change into scary ;P

Admittedly, I do not always have the luxury of time and a 'model' to shoot at my own time. This sorta shooting, especially outdoor had to really be scheduled. Therefore I have to make most of the opportunity. Hence I tried to shoot with a few themes in mine, then at least I could create 2 or 3 albums for posting.. hehe.. :). The challenge is then to ensure that each of these 2 or 3 albums offers something different; which btw is in line with my so-called variety theme I try to maintain for this site.

Takut ke? I edit these waktu malam... felt really creepy having her stared at me.. hehe :)
