beautiful....very artistic...you see all the terms we apply in all the art lectures we hear are naturally present around us ...in nature and in the plant and green kingdom, we just have to capture them.

i love this too...this is a field not much given attention in photography...thank you for venturing on it...you have fantastic album of interesting shots that are
not often seen by us...and that makes it interesting...thank you for sharing and for inspiring us through your shots.

this is also lovely in B/W ...very contemporary that can adorn the walls of the contemporary design artist dean or living room.

Thanks friend :). It was the red furry center that caught my attention. I got even more excited when I saw all the intricate details through the macro lens. Fascinating. Didn't take much to excite me eh? Just a simple plant will do.... Hehehe.. :)

Thanks. With music in my head, I saw a dance, elegant and loving. I love the way they touched and intertwined. Basking in the morning light, it was too beautiful not to capture.
It's weird sometimes the way I see things.. hehe... :)

It is one field I had not don't much on, one that I had ignored due to my own perception that it'll not be anywhere remotely interesting. I was delightfully proven wrong from these endeavours and I'm so looking forward to do more. I felt giddy thinking about the abundance of unique plants I would encounter.. hehe... :)
Yes, keeping it interesting had always been my own personal goals. Hence my somewhat varied subjects. And such attempts create the challenges I crave. Whether they are fruitful trials or not, just do not seemed to matter much. It was the knowledge gained that enriched my experience that counts :)

Thanks Miriam for such lovely comments :)

Again, thanks so much for such encouraging comments :)

Whew.. so glad you said that about the angle. I, being inexperienced and all, had to try out a few shots with different angles. I finally chose this more direct approach :)
Thanks Shilpa :)

Isn't that a very nice and unique plant? :) It's so tiny though it almost went unnoticed. Fortunately that deep red attracted me to it.. hehe... :)

That was really a beautiful, passionate shot of how the plants dance and caress each other before the flowers die and fade away. You are not weird...artists are often labelled weird...and you are an artist...your shots are very inspiring...we just have to stare longer and see the story it brings in every shot...Thank you for the winged elephant...it made me smile and laugh looking at it.. rainbows started appearing while the dinosaurs graze the field of ancient Canada..Thank you Josh..May you be bless more in your "coming and going"...take care buddy.
